Go all the way to the bottom of the valley.

1 - Use Charge Jump.
2 - Ability Cell.

Backtrack to #3.

3 - Teleport to Hollow Grove.

4 - Spirit Light Container.
5 - Go back to the Spirit Well and teleport to Thornfelt Swamp.

Follow the map until you reach #6.

6 - Glide the wind to reach the Energy Cell.
7 - Use Light Burst to light the torch.
8 - Use Charge Jump to destroy the ceiling.
9 - Spirit Light Container.
10 - Spirit Light Container.
11 - Go back to the Spirit Well and teleport to Horu Fields.

You might have not opened the map, complete the map if you haven't.

12 - Ability Cell.

Below #12 is an area you might not have opened the map yet. So, I suggest to check your map or just jump down there.

It's time to go to the final area, Mount Horu. Now follow the map until you reach #15.

13 - Use Stomp.
14 - Life Cell.
15 - Bash the Rotten Beetle to destroy the wall.
16 - Use Stomp.

Be careful with the Guardian Stone, it can shoot laser that deal tons of damage.

17 - Bash the Rotten Beetle to destroy the wall.
18 - Spirit Well.
