1 - Use Bash to reach Spirit Light Container.

Use Bash skill on the enemy to reach another platform.

2 - Bash projectile to destroy the surface.
3 - Spirit Light Container.
4 - Bash projectile to destroy the ceiling.
5 - Bash projectile through the portal then Bash again to destroy the breakable wood.
6 - Spirit Light Container.
7 - Bash the projectile again through the portal to destroy the wall.
8 - Bash the projectile to destroy the surface.
9 - Use the portal to pick up Energy Cell.
10 - Keystone.
11 - Keystone.
12 - Keystone.
13 - Keystone.
14 - Open Spirit Gate (requires 4 Keystones).
15 - Kill enemy in the room to open the door. the quickest way to kill it is to climb the wall on your left, then keep Bashing its projectile back to the enemy.
16 - Save your game at the Spirit Well.

Left part:

17 - Spirit Light Container.
18 - Bash projectile to reach Spirit Light Container.
19 - Bash projectile to destroy the wall.
20 - Destroy the corruption root using attack.

Right part:

21 - First Bash projectile to #21 direction, then Bash yourself via the hanging lights to catch up with the projectile. Finally Bash the projectile to reach the stone. Destroy it using Charge Flame.
22 - There are two way to destroy the top wall. First, follow the projectile redirectors all the way to top, or second, Bash the projectile slightly angle to the left, catch up to the projectile then Bash the projectile again aiming to the wall.
23 - Destroy the corruption root.
24 - Talk to Sein.
