Go back to Black Root Burrows to collect more items.

1 - Use Bash Light Burst to reach the compartment, then use Charge Flame to destroy to stone.
2 - When pulling/pushing the switch, it gradually opens the door. The door will slow close when released, so you have use Dash to reach before it's closed.
3 - Spirit Light Container.

Between #3 and #4, a giant ball drop and rolling toward you, you'll have to be quick to reach #4.

4 - Use Stomp.
5 - The giant ball can be destroyed using Stomp.
6 - Spirit Light Container.
7 - Life Cell.
8 - Spirit Well.
9 - Activate Map Stone.
10 - Ability Cell.

11 - Jump down all the way to the bottom and activate another Map Stone.
12 - Using Bash Light Burst to reach the left section, Spirit Light Container is in the water.

Then follow the map and use double jump and Bash Light Burst to reach the top. Alternatively, you can use a detour to your right.

13 - Before you try to break the surface, save your game because the laser is very fast.
14 - Use Charge Flame to destroy the stone.
15 - Spirit Light Container.
16 - Bash to reach the compartment for an Ability Cell.
17 - Spirit Light Container.
18 - Use Charge Flame to destroy the stone.
19 - Use Stomp to destroy the surface.

Backtrack from this section.

20 - Bash enemy's projectile to reach the platform, then use Charge Flame to destroy the stone.
21 - Life Cell.

22 - Complete the map if you haven't.
23 - Climb the wall and use Light Burst to light the torch.
24 - Spirit Light Container.
25 - Then follow the map to #25 for a short cutscene.
