1 - Backtrack and push the rock again to the left so that you can jump.

3 - Lure the enemy to shoot you on the breakable surface.
4 - Spirit Light Container.
5 - Lure the enemy to shoot you on breakable surfaces all way the wall. Following the map. 
6 - Save your game at the Spirit Well.

Keep going to bottom.

7 - Map Stone Fragment.
8 - The door opens after you kill the enemy in the room.
9 - Keystone.
10 - Backtrack and follow the map, then pick up Spirit Light Container.
11 - Keystone, be aware of the spikes below the Keystone. 
12 - Use Keystone to open the Spirit Gate (requires 2 Keystones).
13 - Obtain Double Jump Skill from Ancestral Tree: Leru.
