Your first objective is to retrieve Spirit Flames at the lower chamber of Sunken Glades. Just follow the map below:

1 - Spirit Light Container, It is also a secret area #1 for achievement number 17: No Stone Unturned.
2 - Energy Cell.
3 - Once you obtained the Energy Cell, you'll have to create a Soul Link by holding "Circle" button in order to continue.
4 - The wall is breakable by dodging the Beetle and let it hit the wall, you'll get some Spirit Light from the Beetle.
5 - Spirit Flame. 
6 - Spirit Light Container, also a secret area #2. You should have leveled up your Ability Point here.

Note: Every time you leveled up an Ability Point, you'll restore all energy and health. The light emitted from your body will kill all enemies on visible screen.

7 - Spirit Well, here you can save your game as well as restoring full energy and health. Spirit Well is also a portal where you can teleport to other Spirit Well across the Nibel forest. While you are here at the Spirit Well, you should level up your first skill "Spirit Magnet" (middle branch).
8 - Pull the rock out by holding R2.
9 - Inside is a Keystone.
10 - Go through upper path so collect another Keystone.
11 - Spirit Gate (requires 2 Keystones).
