1 - Open Energy Gate (requires 4 energies).
2 - Use Bash-Light Burst to reach Spirit Light Container.

Use Bash-Light Burst or Bash the Hoppers to reach #3.

3 - Use Light Burst to light the torch.
4 - Ability Cell.
5 - Use Light Burst to light the torch.
6 - Spirit Light Container.

Backtrack.

7 - Spirit Light Container.
8 - Energy Cell.

9 - Use Bash-Light Burst to reach the Ability Cell.

Use Bash-Light Burst to the wall then climb all the way to #10.

10 - While climbing, use Light Burst to light the torch.
11 - Bash enemies on the ceiling to reach the Ability Cell.

Backtrack to #12.

12 - Use Stomp.
13 - Then push the rock down.
14 - Push the rock to block the laser to pick up the Energy Cell.
15 - Use Bash-Light Burst to reach Spirit Light Container.

Backtrack and go to #16.

16 - Ability Cell.
17 - Open the Energy Gate (requires 4 energies). it's also a Secret Area #19.
18 - Follow the map to #18.
