Most achievements are straight forward, so I'll leave their description as they are except those difficult ones. If you follow my guide, you should be to unlock most of them automatically. I'll add some note, clarification, or even a separate guide on how to achieve them.

Find your first secret.

Use your first ability point.

Complete the Prologue.

Restore your first Map Stone.

Meet the Ancient Being.

Break open 5 shortcuts using the Charge Flame.

Discover the character in the shadows.

Make an unexpected friend.

Cause an enemy to destroy itself.

Enter the Ginso Tree.

Cleanse the Ginso Tree's Heart.

Escape a dangerous situation.

Restore 50% of all Map Stones.

Create 50 Soul Links.

Clear the haze from the Misty Woods.

Kill 4 enemies simultaneously using Charge Flame.

Trick 5 enemies into killing another enemy.

Crush a Ram with a Stomper. I've marked the place where you can do this achievement. Basically, you have to lure the Rammer Beetle to chase you while running under the Stomper, then the Stomper will crash the Beetle who is running behind you.

Restore the winds of Nibel.

Have a close encounter.

Climb to the top of Nibel.

Enter Mt. Horu.

Fan the flames.

Complete the game.

A beloved bond.

Escape the Boulder in Black Root Burrows.

Collect 200 Energy Shards.

Kill 3 enemies without touching the ground. Using Kuro's Feather will not count, double/triple jumps and Bash are allowed.

Kill 500 enemies with Spirit Flame.

Double Jump 5 times consecutively without touching the ground. The place I highlighted above has two portal where you can free fall indefinitely. So while falling, simply jump and let it fall again. Repeat it 5 times.

Find 50% of all secrets.

Kill 25 enemies using Bash to reflect projectiles. 

Activate 3 torches using Light Burst.

Uncover the mysteries of Naru.

Earn all Efficiency Skills in the Ability Tree.

Find the lost corridor in the Misty Woods.

Earn all Utility Skills in the Ability Tree.

Save at every Spirit Portal.

Earn all Combat Skills in the Ability Tree.

Collect all Health Cells.

Earn all skills in the Ability Tree.

Collect all Energy Cells.

Restore all Map Stones.

Juggle a rock 5 times without it hitting the ground. Juggle means Bashing the rock without it touching the ground. I've marked the place on the map above, so simply keep Bashing the rock there.

Kill 50 enemies with Stomp.

Visit 100% of the map.

Kill 5 enemies using Charge Dash.

Kill 100 enemies with Charge Flame.

Find all secrets.

Kill 5 enemies with Charge Jump.

Complete the game on Hard Difficulty.

Bash off enemies 10 times in a row without touching the ground. Using Kuro's Feather will not count, double/triple jump are allowed.

Kill 50 enemies with Light Burst.

Finish the game in under 3 hours.

Complete the whole game without using an Ability Point.

Complete whole game without dying. If you plan doing this, why not doing A57, you'll automatically unlock this achievement along with A57.

*** CHEAT: If you are a PC users, you can make multiple copy of the save file so that you can restore it back when you die.
