Exit the Misty Wood, once outside, use Kuro's Feather to reach #1.

1. Use Charge Flame to destroy the spirit stone.

Use Kuro's Feather to reach #2.

2. Map Stone Fragment, also a Secret Area #26.
3. Spirit Light Container.
4. Pull/push the switch.
5. Spirit Light Container, also another Secret Area #27.
6. Use Stomp.

7 - Bash the Rotten Beetle to destroy the wall.
8 - Map Stone Fragment.
9 - Use Light Burst to light the torch.
10 - Bash the Rotten Beetle to destroy the wall.
11 - Bash the Rotten Beetle to destroy the wall.
12 - Activate Map Stone.
13 - Ability Cell.

Use Bash-Light Burst to reach #14.

14 - Pull/push the switch.
15 - Spirit Light Container.
16 - Enter Forlorn Ruins.

17 - Use Bash-Light Burst to reach Spirit Light Container, also a Secret Area #28.
18 - Pick up Light Vessel. Light Vessel doesn't have to be carried around because it'll follow you. the only times when you want to carry it is to walk through hot surfaces (I mark the path blue where you have to carry it).
19 - Bash the Spider to reach the hidden Spirit Light Container. It's also a Secret Area #29.
20 - Use Bash-Light Burst to reach the Keystone.
21 - Keystone.
22 - Spirit Well.
23 - Keystone.
24 - Keystone.
25 - Use Charge Flame to destroy the spirit stone.
26 - Activate Map Stone.
27 - Open Spirit Gate (requires 4 Keystones)
28 - Restore Forlorn Ruins.
29 - Follow the map to continue.
