If you follow this guide up until now, you probably have almost every enemy intel except two "Giant Cactuar" and "Cactuar Prime".  You should have notice Cactuar running around Archylte Steppe right? During the battle with Cactuar, if you do nothing and wait long enough it will grow and become Giant Cactuar, then Giant Cactuar become Cactuar Prime. Now you know what to do? go kill them for the last two emeny intel. :P
