  Strategy: Well, there is no strategy! First, you can't win this battle with Hope alone. Either you keep healing or die but take this chance and throw 1 Libra. Eventually, Lightning and Fang will show up to give you a hand. With Fang and Lightning in your party, this boss is a piece of cake. 
  • Start with SAB/MED/SYN, cast slow on it and wait until Hope cast Protect on everyone.
  • Then switch to COM/RAV/RAV for full offensive or COM/RAV/MED if you need healing.
  • Repeat the process.

Go up stairs and look to your left.

Alright, this part is just you walking around and trigger cutscenes. At night, PSICOM soldiers will raid your house:

Save your game after the battle. Once thing to note is that E-12 and E-13 will keep re-spawning if you walk around the room so once you collect all items, go straight to the yellow mark.

It is a good idea to use all your Crystarium Points and save one more time because you are going to fight a really tough battle. CP upgrade in order: for Lightning, Ravager, Commando, Medic. For Fang, Commando, Saboteur, Sentinel. For Hope, Synergist, Ravager, Medic. About equipment, remove Tungsten Bangle from Fang and equip Brawler's Wristband and Black Belt on her.

  Strategy: 
  • First, use 1 Librascope.
  • start with MED/SAB/SYN until Once Hope cast Protect on everyone, switch to RAV/COM/MED and destroy Turrets first. 
  • Once you taken down both turrets, your next targets are Hulls. Thing becomes easier that you can switch between RAV/COM/MED and RAV/COM/RAV for more damage.
  • When both Turrets and Hulls are destroyed, switch to COM/COM/RAV and focus on Skytank until it releases its Main Canon. 
  • This is a good opportunity to switch to RAV/COM/RAV because the stagger limit drop from 999% to 200% which allows you to rack up damage multiplier super fast.
