Most people probably stuck at Puddingway in Agart because of the Rainbow Pudding (see previous section: Farming Rainbow Pudding section). Once you obtain, you can continue finding the rabbit until he gives out Safe Travel augment. 

He appears 13 times through out the game and if you follow this guide you should be at least at number 8. Now go to the follow location in order to find him until the last location which is he randomly appear in one of the locations listed:

1. Baron castle: West tower F1.
2. Mist Cave: Mist cave entrance.
3. Kaipo: In the same house where Rosa got a fever.
4. Fabul: Inside the Inn.
5. Chocobo Forest: Near Mount Ordeals.
6. Baron Town: Inside Weapon/Armor shop.
7. Troia Town
8. Agart: Give him the Rainbow Pudding so that he can appear subsequently.
9. Dwarven Castle: Inside the Inn.
10. Feymarch
11. Mysidia
12. Hummingway Abode
13. One of the following location:
    1. Chocobo Forest (Troia or Mount Ordeals)
    2. Troia Town
    3. Underground Lake (Damcyan Castle)
    4. Mount Hobs Summit
    5. Lair of the Father
    6. Sylph Cave B2
