NOTE: if you happen to talk to the Crystal on the ship, you can move on with the event and come back after for the Bahamut summon.  I highly recommend you get Bahamut Summon before leaving the Moon.

Crystal Palace is located in middle of the map, but in order to get their you'll have to walk through Lunar Tunnels. Follow the map until you reach the Palace. 

Once you reach the palace, a cutscene is triggered for another storytelling. Then Fusoya will join your party.

Augments:
Give Analyze and Gil Farmer augments to Fusoya.
