Right after you watched a cutscene between Samanosuke and Hideyoshi Toyotomi, walk to the next screen and examine the small table on the right side. See:  Part 4: Rescuing the boy

They are located in a room on the 4th floor of the Keep. After you picked up Suzaku above, use the staircase in the room to go to the 4th floor. Circle around you will see a door, inside you will see a blue on the table. Walk a little further to the next screen you will see another blue book on the sitting mat. See: Part 4: Rescuing the boy

After picking up Seiryu above, proceed to the next room. You should notice a red book on the ground. See: Part 4: Rescuing the boy

Keep Underground, right after you open a sealed door with level-2 blue crystal you will see it on the ground. See: Part 5: Keep Underground

These three books are in the locations in the Keep's underground. You should see two selves, very noticeable, storing these books along the way to find Purifier Bell. See: Part 5: Keep Underground

Keep Underground, in a room at the very end of the underground. If you notice the green sealed door, the room is on the right side that you just need to walk a few more step to reach the door. See: Part 5: Keep Underground

Keep Underground, they are inside a sealed room with level-2 green crystal. See: Part 5: Keep Underground

As Kaede, the journal is in a treasure box and Suzaku is on a shelf in the same room where you put the Wooden Gear inside the Cupboard. See: Part 6: Found the Princess

Right after you picked up the Journal #5 and Suzaku, open the secret room using Wooden Gear. You will find it right next to a treasure box containing Silver Plate. See: Part 6: Found the Princess

In an open room at the end of the burning hallyway; you will have to destroy a few jar and kill the Three-eyes ninja there. See: Part 6: Found the Princess

West area, in a room sealed with level-3 blue crystal. See: Part 8: From West to East

Obtain automatically as the game progress. The journal is hanging on a door which requires you to pick it up first before you can open the door. See: Part 8: From West to East

East area, after you picked up Journal #6 and entered the door. The passage leads you to a room with Genbu inside. See: Part 8: From West to East

In a second save room when you play as Kaede for the second time. There is a ladder in the room, go up stairs and destroy the crates blocking your path to reveal the book. See: Part 9: A Helpful Partner

On a shelf in room where you climb a ladder to grab Decorated Arrow inside a puzzle chest. See: Part 9: A Helpful Partner

When you are in control of Kaede again, unlock the door, turn right, then enter the room. Behind the huge statue is the apocalypse #2. See: Part 9: A Helpful Partner
