Well of Charon is basically a shop where you can buy items to enhance your skills, replenish your health, or even buy permanent stuffs like Darkness or Gemstone.
The shop doesn't show all items available, instead, it only shows 3 random items at a time so it's not guarantee to show whatever item you want.
It appears randomly in a chamber and at the last chamber of Tartarus, Asphodel, or Elysium.
Usually the prices of items are charge in Gold, except one item "Price of Midas" which you can exchange your Health for Gold instead.
I personally do not recommend you to buy any of these items since they are almost useless except some permanent items (Darkness and Gemstone) which you need for the upgrades. You should almost always buy them whenever possible because they are hard to grind.
- Gaea's Treasure: Give 11-14 gemstones.
- Tinge of Erebus: Give 12-26 Darkness.
However, Skeletal Lure (ensure that the fishing spot appear whenever possible) item is also recommended for collecting all types of fishes if you want to complete the Codex.

- Kiss of Styx: restore 1 life.
