Guide: 20. Taking Over Uzra
Location: Vibra - Town Center

Teleport to "Vence City of Water -> Central Vence - City Hall", then go north to the "Harbor". Talk to the guy at the dock near Uzra to activate the quest.

The quest is pretty simple, you just have to follow the locations below and talk to people. We'll also collect items along the way too.

Teleport to "Vence City of Water -> Central Vence - City Hall", open your map and approach the person with a quest marker.

Teleport to "Vence City of Water -> West Vence - Marketplace", open your map and approach the person with a quest marker.

Teleport "Vibra Royal Capital -> Town Center", then talk to the 3 quest markers.

A cutscene will occur showing people gathering on Uzra Hall, then the quest giver appreciates your action and give you the following:
