Quest: His Whereabouts (Q-03)
Guide: 04. En (Second Visit)
Location: En - New District

This quest is pretty simple because all you have to do is talk to someone at the harbor and delivery a letter back to the quest giver. But first you'll have to open access to the Harbor.

1. Go to En - Harbor, then talked to the guy inside the open-floor building and gave you "Lover's Letter".
2. Take this letter to the town square and give it the lady.
