Talk to the researcher in his residence in Central Vence.

Teleport to "Vence City of Water -> West Vence - Marketplace", then collect all the Mechteria Sample below:

0502. East Vence - Mechteria Sample locations

When done, teleport back to the researcher and claim your rewards.
