Location: West Vence
Pre-requisites: Complete "Picking Up Shells (Q-07)"

Warp to "Vence City of Water -> West Vence - Marketplace", Talk to the man inside the residence (A) to activate the quest. He wants you to find Metallic Shell for him which requires you to have access to Outskirts of Vibra.

This side quest requires you to complete another side quest "(Q-07) Picking Up Shells". Once you completed the prerequisite quest, teleport back to "Vence City of Water -> West Vence - Marketplace", then bring the Metallic Shell back to him.
