This section is optional but has a lot of fantastic stuffs that make your journey becomes easier. This section requires you have enough Iron Keys and Mechteria Keys to open locked chests.

While you are still in Central Vence, cross the bridge to the far-west house. Remember a chest blocked by 2 guys? Talk to them, they'll allow you to open the chest.

• (I-01) Rutile Quartz
• Make your way to "Vence - Harbor" (A).

1. Go to "Vence - Harbor".
2. (I-02) Elixir: Mechteria Chest, the chest is inside the port's building.

Warp to "Vence City of Water -> West Vence - Marketplace".

1. Cross the two bridges to the west. At the end of the second bridge, there is a water gate handle (a), shut off the water gate.
2. Go back a gondola pier (b) at the market entrance and hop on the gondola.
3. Paddle west beneath the left bridge, you'll see a pier (c) (and a chest).
4. (I-03) Remedy: Iron Chest, hop off the gondola and open the chest.
5. Backtrack the pier (b), then paddle top. When the camera change direction, it reveals a bridge with two arches at the bottom. Go under the bridge, you'll see another pier (d) and a chest.
6. (I-04) Elixir: Iron Chest, inside the chest.
7. Enter the residence (B).
8. (I-05) Potion L: On the stove, bottom-right corner.
9. (I-06) Emerald M: Inside a chest in the top-right corner.
10. (I-07) Earth Fragment x10: Inside a chest on the left side of house.
11. Leave the house, paddle back beneath the bridge then turn right. Go pass another bridge you'll see a pier at the end with 2 resident's houses.
12. Enter the house with a red door (C).
13. (I-08) Potion L x3: Iron Chest, inside the chest.
14. (I-09) Earth Fragment x5: Hidden in on the right wall between the table and the countertop next to the lady.
15. Leave the house and enter the next residence (D).
16. (I-10) 3000G: Inside a chest to your left.
17. (I-11) Remedy: Inside a wardrobe closet, top-left.
18. Leave the house and move down.
19. (I-12) Ice Fragment x10: Inside a chest to your right.

Warp to "Luxury Cruiser, Uzra -> Engine Room - Entrance".

1. Move left, then climb down the ladder, move south, you'll see 3 Mechteria Chests.
2. (I-13) Staff of Life: Mechteria Chest, top chest.
3. (I-14) Ruby M: Mechteria Chest, middle chest.
4. (I-15) Bloody Sword: Mechteria Chest, bottom chest.

You should immediately equip "Bloody Sword" and "Ruby M" on Leo.

Personally, I feel like the "Staff of Life" is not very useful because you cannot use it to attack enemies, plus the healing effect is far inferior to the "Healing" spell that cost MP. Whether you wanna use it on Kina or not is up to you.

• (I-16) Amber M: Mechteria Chest, Inside the chest next to the shop on your left.

Warp to "Frontier Town of En -> New District - Square".

1. Enter the residence (E) at the southwest corner.
2. (I-17) : Water pot, top-left corner.
3. (I-18) Research Lens x5: Inside the chest.
4. (I-19) Potion L: On the bag, bottom-right corner.
5. Talk to the chubby guy, he'll sell gems to you twice (you should have enough money at this point):
6. (I-20) Morganite S: First buy for 8000G.
7. Go to the bar (F) and talk to Sid.
8. (I-21) Barrier Bangle: Mechteria Chest.

Warp to "Frontier Town of En -> Harbor - Wharf".
