Watch a cutscene after you entered the house, you'll notice there are stuffs all over the place. As always, we'll collect all items first before do other things:

1. (I-01) Research Lens x10: Inside a chest on the right.
2. (I-02) Poison Apple: Inside an urn top-right corner.
3. (I-03) Mechteria Key: Far left bookshelf at the north wall.
4. (I-04) Opal: Inside a canvas container on the left.
5. (I-05) 2500G: Inside a chest on the left.

Once you've collected everything, do the following sequences:

1. Examine the desk with a blue chair (a).
2. Talk to Kina for more cutscene. (b)
3. When you gain control of Leo, just simply walk toward the group (c), then a secret door will open (A).

Inside this dungeon, you'll see a lot of robot guards here. You can avoid them by not touching their red light. Whether you wanna fight them or not is up to you.

1. (I-06) Clock of Truth: Chest on the right.
2. (I-07) Frostbird Belt: Inside a chest guarded by second robot.
3. When you reach the third gate, it'll give you an option. Either fight (choose red) or avoid (choose blue) so It's up to you.
4. (I-08) Elixir: Chest guarded by the third robot.

Proceed to the next room (B).

There is not much in this room because there are only 3 robot guards in front of you, fight or avoid them is up to you. There is a Save Point ahead so save the game and prepare for a boss fight.z

The boss's attacks are fire based, equip fire resistance armors is key to winning this battle.

• Equip newly acquired Frostbird Belt (has a fire resistance passive skill) on Cheryl.
• Equip Garnet M and Brave Guard on Kina.
• Equip Garnet S and Mettle Belt on Leo.

Go press the red switch in the middle to trigger the boss fight.

Once finished, go back to the Save Point, heal up, go to the next room (C). You'll have to fight another boss.

This room is like a puzzle that you have solve to progress the story. I believe you'll be happy to see so many chests inside the room but most of them are locked, unfortunately.

Let's do the following sequences:

1. (I-10) Remedy x2: Open a wooden chest at the top-left.
2. (Optional): Open top-right chest (a), you'll be prompted to open with two passcode "9999" and "4444", both of them won't work.
3. Examine wooden crates to the left (b).
4. Examine the table in the middle (c).
5. Examine the table on the right (d).
6. (Optional): There are barrels (e) near the table (c) in the middle. If you examine the barrel, you'll be asked to press it but nothing will happen (we'll come later).
7. Open the top-right chest (a) (again), this time you get new passcode options "1014" and "1111". Choose "1014", well it still doesn't work... lol

Continue the following sequences:

1. Examine the crates on the left (b) again.
2. (Optional): If you go back to open the chest now (a), you'll get new passcodes "303" and "810", but they are still wrong.
3. Examine the table on the right (d).
4. Go back to the chest (a), this time the options changed to "303" and "1105". Choose "1105" which is the correct passcode. This chest has a switch that unlock both wooden chests in near the middle table.
5. (I-12) Warp Device: [Key Item] Left wooden chest.
6. (I-13) Crystal Ball: [Key Item] Right wooden chest.
7. Examine the switch chest (a) again for an instruction on how to turn on the Warp Device.

Now that you have the Warp Device functioning, you can go anywhere you previously visited from "Warp" menu.

Warp to "Vence City of Water -> Central Vence - City Hall", then go to the researcher's house.
